FLOR FRANCHISE CONCEPT
FLOR’s business strategy is focused on developing a chain of retail gelato parlors and gelato corners selling the FLOR brand in Italy, as well as internationally. As FLOR’s franchise partner, you are given the opportunity to run your own business while having the support of a well-established international company.
We’re here to support you every step of the way – from site selection to store opening. Our dedicated team of food & beverage, property and marketing professionals will share their know-how and provide ongoing support to help you run your business.
We offer a turnkey solution – enabling our franchise partners to get their stores up and running in no time! And it doesn’t stop there.
Once you start operating your store(s), our creative team will assist you with all marketing-related activities so you can attract customers and maximize turnover.
This agreement grants to the third party investor the right to fully develop Directly Operated Stores (DOS) in selected countries, as well as to sub-franchise the right to third parties, local investors, on an independent basis, in accordance with the general guidelines set out in the MF contract.

This agreement grants to the third party investor the right to operate one or more Directly Operated Stores (DOS) within a single country or regional area, under direct supply of FLOR or a Master Franchisee investor, if present. With this option, the single or multiple-shop Franchisee will not be able to sub-franchise the right to third parties.
